Due to the nature of the job being different from other departments, the MT team worked during the holidays to achieve sales revenue 😄
On April 30th, just as we were starting to open the store, we received a warranty request for a mop and water pick. I thought it was going to be a bad day and that sales would be difficult, but surprisingly, I sold a lot of products that day, contributing to the revenue of the counter and the company.
As an extroverted person who wants to improve my communication skills, I found that selling advice was quite suitable for me. It helped me learn a lot about handling situations, communicating flexibly, and gaining in-depth knowledge about the company's products.
Because it was a holiday, the number of customers at Aeon was very high, and the store was packed with people. Advising one person and then another created a crowd effect that made it easy to sell products. When customers saw that the products were good, of high quality, and had a long warranty, they made a purchase right away. Talking continuously can cause a sore throat, and I had to come in contact with many people while the Covid situation was still ongoing.
At the same time, it was a holiday, and Aeon was open late, so I also worked until late until there were no more customers. Although it was tiring, the result was a worthy salary and bonus. I brought the brands Lebenlang and Vileda to everyone, so that they could trust and use our products.
I was a little sad because my wife and children went to the countryside, so I called them during meal times to ease the longing. The more difficult the situation, the more motivation it gives me to try harder. I tried to approach more customers and sell more products to buy diapers and milk for my child 
Although there is not much to say about selling, it is still the most memorable image and memory of my youthful enthusiasm and effort
