"I AM EVERYTHING"

During the recent holiday, I had a lot of time with my small family. After the Lunar New Year, this was the second long holiday of the year. My family chose not to travel far and instead went back to our hometown to spend the holiday with our grandparents from both sides. During the holiday, I spent a lot of time with my beloved daughter - who is everything to me. Let me tell you about our holiday in my hometown

On the morning of April 30th, my family arrived at our hometown. Both of my grandparents lived in the same village, so I did not have to travel much, and instead, I could rely on them more. My grandma heard that her grandchildren were coming, so she cleaned the house and waited for us to arrive. Since the Lunar New Year, my family had not had the opportunity to visit our grandparents. My daughter, Hà Anh, is the first grandchild of my grandparents, so they loved and pampered her very much. After resting for a bit, we prepared a meal and invited both grandparents to join us.

We lived in a rural area, a small village in the Ung Hoa region. Our house was located next to a rice field, so we had a wide and beautiful view of it. In the afternoon, my daughter and I would take a walk and admire the sunset. We would watch as the sun's rays faded away, the green rice plants shining in the wind, the river's two sides lined with tall, white trees, and the cows returning home with full bellies. We could also see children flying kites, and sometimes white storks flying by. The clean and fresh air, the cool breeze, and the peaceful scenery reminded me of my childhood memories in the village.

On the morning of May 1st, just like every year, my hometown entered the month of flowers - the month of Our Lady (my village follows the Catholic religion). This is a beautiful tradition that my ancestors left behind. The houses, streets, and alleys were all cleaned up, and everyone was filled with excitement and joy. The best outfits, especially the traditional ao dai, were worn to gather at the old church, where we would march around the village with flower garlands. After a two-kilometer walk, we all gathered at the churchyard to enjoy the drums and dances, as well as the performances of the village's children. After the Mass, each family representative would join in the party at the church.

In the afternoon of May 1st, I took my daughter out to play with sand, swings, slides, and many other games. I had not taken her out for a long time, so she enjoyed the outing and did not want to leave. It seemed like our holiday was almost over since on May 2nd, our small family had to travel to the city, where my husband had to return to work.

But I am aware that this is the job I have chosen, so I always remind myself to not only fulfill my responsibilities, but also to do my job well. And by putting myself in the shoes of our customers, I understand that if they encounter difficulties and cannot contact us for assistance, they may become frustrated and have a negative experience with our service. Sometimes, the words of gratitude and praise from our customers serve as motivation for me to work harder in this job.

Those were the memorable moments of my vacation. How about the other members of the Mamsell family? Please share with me!
