Here is an announcement about the bonus program for employee referrals at Mamsell International Investment Company Limited. This program aims to encourage and motivate our employees to recruit and refer new talents to the company.
According to the decision of the CEO, we will pay a bonus to employees who refer candidates based on their job titles and contributions to the recruitment process. Specifically:
Director: VND 5,000,000 for each referred candidate Manager: VND 3,000,000 for each referred candidate Team Leader: VND 1,500,000 for each referred candidate Employee: VND 500,000 for each referred candidate
To be eligible for the bonus, the employee who refers the candidate must meet the following conditions:
Passed the probationary period and signed an official employment contract with the company, with a minimum of 3 months of formal employment. The bonus will be paid in the same month when the referred candidate starts working officially. If the above conditions are not met, the bonus amount paid will be recovered.
