JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Retail Sales Representative (PG)
Department: Modern Trade Channel Sales Department
Job Responsibilities:
Execute job duties
- Take care of customers at assigned stores/supermarkets.
- Implement sales at supermarkets according to weekly schedule: advise customers on product features/benefits.
- Display and maintain POSM, manage inventory, negotiate orders, add suitable products for each store.
- Implement promotional programs at stores.
- Prepare required reports: sales, market competition, customers.
- Collect information from competitors: product lines, prices, marketing strategies.
- Responsibilities and authority
- Take full responsibility for assigned duties.
- Comply with regulations and notices issued by the company.
- Be responsible for detecting and reporting incidents that cause damage to the company.
- Report directly to the direct supervisor, be ready to enhance activities as directed by the company.
Required skills
- Preferably graduated from economics, commerce, business administration.
- Proficient in office computing: Excel, Word.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
- Ability to synthesize, process information, and report.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing sales consulting teams at supermarkets.
- Honesty, diligence, persistence, eagerness to learn, and responsibility.
