Position: Online Customer Service Representative
Department: E-commerce Department
Location: 8th Floor, 37 Le Van Thiem, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle online customer inquiries and complaints
- Receive all questions, feedback, inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers via phone, email, live chat, and Facebook.
- Directly handle and process online customer requests such as editing orders, cancelling orders, creating new orders, exchanging or returning orders, and dealing with issues and errors.
- Provide product advice and close orders
- Provide customers with information about products, sales policies, promotions, and discounts.
- Advise customers on how to place orders, make payments, and receive deliveries.
- Close orders via messages and phone calls.
- Track order progress and ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
- Research and propose sales closing techniques to increase conversion rates.
Other tasks
- Collect customer feedback on products and services.
- Participate in building and optimizing online sales processes.
- Submit regular reports.
